Northwest Community Credit Union stole money from me and will not close my account. They lost important documents (my close account letter) and continued to charge me money that I do not owe. Customer service is arguing with me on the phone and treating me really disrespectfully. I tried to talk to a higher up and she refused.

They make it IMPOSSIBLE to pay off any loan early. They will transfer you to a rep but really just send you to voicemail so that you can’t make a payment. I would NEVER recommend anyone doing ANY banking here.
