They arbitrarily decided to stop taking out automatic withdrawal in my father-in-law's account and then charged him late fees going forward and said he didn't make his payments. All the while he has a record of his on time payments to them? Not a reliable source for banking. We would not recommend them to any of our friends or family. Plus they don't call you back ... just tell you someone will eventually call you? Poor service!!

I will never use northwest credit union ever again. their communication with members is ridiculous. they put me on their insurance for my car when I had insurance on the car. they refused to change my address when I called. when they came to repo my car, their repo people had a huge dog in my car and left trash in my car. they said they sent me repo information but sent it to the address that I had to continually tell them to change then charged me repo charges
