I just recently purchased a Honda Civic 2010 Coupe from this dealer and I have to say the sales people were very pleasant to do business with. Angel was very helpful and didn't put pressure on me to jump into buying a vehicle. He was also very funny and pleasant as well. Jeremy was very helpful as well and knowledgeable. The front desk lady, Jessica was so sweet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, who is looking to purchase their first car.

I must say. I visited BMW and land rover dealers in Manhattan and I didn't get great service. So one day I decided to walk down northern boulevard in queens and a sales man from North Star greeted me and made me feel comfortable. I visited over 8 dealers before coming to North Star and I really wish I came to North Star first. I purchased a Mercedes Benzes for my fiancé 2 months ago and we've been driving up and down the east coast having tons of fun and our car is in perfect driving condition. Purchased my BMW 3 series from Northstar after searching tons of other dealerships. excellent customer service Jeremy and Jon were awesome. Got a great deal on nicely equipped vehicle. 6 months later and no problems!
Had seen this BMW X5 and went into the dealer to take a look and take on a test drive. Anthony was my sales person helping me out He didn't pressure me at all. Jason the finance manger was great, he got me a great deal and a great rate with capital one. Thanks guys!!! I'm really happy.
