Communication and customer service is key when running a business. Northstar is very personable and treats their customers like they deserve to be treated and tailors to their customers concerns and needs. Very happy with their customer service. Financed a very clean 3 year old car that looked like it was made last week. Small selection of cars but I believe in quality over quantity.

After searching for the car I wanted for about 2 weeks. I finally came across Northstar on edmunds, they had the car I was looking for. When I showed up At Northstar I was really impressed, they have a beautiful showroom and many cars, I didn't expect that from a used car lot. Arthur my sales person was great he was very calm and not pushy like other places I went to and Leo the finance manager got me a great deal on my payments. I felt really comfortable doing business with these guys, I would really recommend people there.
I worked with Jon and Jason and they were both awesome. Jon was my sales guy and he helped me out in every way. I came in looking for specific car and they did not try to push me onto a more expensive car which I appreciated they really stuck to my budget. Jason went above and beyond to make sure my monthly payments were right where I needed to be. I drove my car home that same day! I would for sure recommend this dealership to a friend! If you want quality and exceptional service this is the place to go!
