To start off, i like to shop around before i make my decision and when i got there i was looking for a bmw 5 series. what i liked about the salesman was that he wasn't pressuring me or making me feel rushed like some other dealerships i went to earlier. he just listened and answered all my questions. i think that was a major reason why i purchased a car from them. dealerships get a bad reputation because of how they treat their customers. i had a very smooth and plesant experience at this dealership.
Came here with a preapproved loan to buy my first car..... As there was a problem with the preapproved loan, Leo, my salesman was very accommodating and wasn't pushy while I was trying to pick the car of my choice... Nick got me approved and they worked with me 100% on the loan for me to walk out the same day within two hours in my very first owned car that I absolutely love, my new maxima!!! Great service, great place, great people and greatest car dealership!!!!
I¿ve owned Mitsubishi¿s for over a dozen years now (an Eclipse and 3 Evos), so I¿ve had business with a lot of different dealerships. I went to north star auto and had the pleasure of meeting Arthur (the sales man) who helped me get approved and i financed a 2012 Passat. Everything went pretty smooth i was also really impressed with the customer service. Thank you north star hope to do business again!

This is the place to go. Going up and down northern blvd looking for a bmw 328 or lexus is250, and believe me when i say theres alot of garbage. Platinum auto mall was a joke, they have expensive cars with Horrible paint work and a sleazy atmosphere. Very unprofessional to say the least.
