Bought my first car ever from here!!!The process as a first time car owner went really smooth with the help of the salesman, Jeremy. Great prices and deals for a High quality car. I got to say overall it was quick and painless with no pressure to buy it. I drove my car back home the same day with no hassle. The staff is courteous and friendly. I had a horrible experience that left me scarred when I purchased my last vehicle, so needless to say I was very scared to go in and get into another vehicle. But I did my research went in with my loan basically completed, found the car I liked online through a list of dealerships that worked with my bank (NS happened to be one) and the rest of the process was a breeze! The car I bought was in very good shape and had no mechanical errors. The price was fair. They tend to try to up sell you on warranty, but you find that at most places. I was very reluctant to go to a car dealership not affiliated with a corporate car brand, but after a horrible experience at Toyota Manhattan, I found Northstar to be very upfront and fair. I will be back to buy another car from them and recommend their services.
Great experience at Northstar Auto! Ray and Nick have been fabulous to work with (I am definitely not the easiest customer) they were both super helpful (and flexible!) with me. I just made my down payment on my new Honda Accord and I cannot wait to pick it up!
