Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was there to help get my younger brother financed for his first time. He had light credit and Northstar was very helpful in the whole process. I was extremely impressed with the buying process. He drove out in a like new car the same day.
Great people and excellent customer service. After visiting many places looking for a good deal and a clean used car I was exhausted and upset. When I went into Northstar I was expecting to get the same approach as the other places I had gone, but not they didn't pressure me at all. My sales person helping me "Jeremy" was great. Had a great experience buying our first car at Northstar Auto Sales. I really appreciated their no-stress approach, as I really didn't need the hard sell about every car. The salesmen were super nice and hands-off; if my husband and I were circling a car, obviously talking about it, they'd approach, give us the keys to sit inside, then let us deliberate for 20 minutes before coming back to check on us. Communication and customer service is key when running a business. Northstar is very personable and treats their customers like they deserve to be treated and tailors to their customers concerns and needs. Very happy with their customer service. Financed a very clean 3 year old car that looked like it was made last week. Small selection of cars but I believe in quality over quantity.
Bought my first car ever from here!!!The process as a first time car owner went really smooth with the help of the salesman, Jeremy. Great prices and deals for a High quality car. I got to say overall it was quick and painless with no pressure to buy it. I drove my car back home the same day with no hassle. The staff is courteous and friendly. I had a horrible experience that left me scarred when I purchased my last vehicle, so needless to say I was very scared to go in and get into another vehicle. The car I bought was in very good shape and had no mechanical errors. The price was fair. They tend to try to up sell you on warranty, but you find that at most places. I was very reluctant to go to a car dealership not affiliated with a corporate car brand, but after a horrible experience at Toyota Manhattan, I found Northstar to be very upfront and fair. I will be back to buy another car from them and recommend their services.
