Came here with a pre approved loan to buy my first car..... As there was a problem with the pre approved loan, Leo, my salesman was very accommodating and wasn't pushy while I was trying to pick the car of my choice... Nick got me approved and they worked with me 100% on the loan for me to walk out the same day within two hours in my very first owned car that I absolutely love, my new maxima!!! I went into northstar already fed up with car salesmen all over NY, I loved and appreciated their no pressure approach! They did not hassle me nor question me about what I wanted or how fast I wanted to buy. They are all very honest about everything they do. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was there to help get my younger brother financed for his first time. He had light credit and Northstar was very helpful in the whole process. I was extremely impressed with the buying process. He drove out in a like new car the same day.
Great people and excellent customer service. After visiting many places looking for a good deal and a clean used car I was exhausted and upset. Had a great experience buying our first car at Northstar Auto Sales. I really appreciated their no-stress approach, as I really didn't need the hard sell about every car. Communication and customer service is key when running a business. Northstar is very personable and treats their customers like they deserve to be treated and tailors to their customers concerns and needs. Very happy with their customer service. Financed a very clean 3 year old car that looked like it was made last week. Small selection of cars but I believe in quality over quantity.
