Coming from someone who is very weary of private dealerships I will highly recommend these guys - a wonderful staff. My car sales man, Jeremy, was very professional, welcoming and very helpful. It was a great overall experience and the used car I got was in top-notch condition. We need more of these dealerships around they're right across the street from Major World so skip them and head straight to NorthStar. They're very customer oriented.
Northstar delivered what they advertised and promised. Negotiation was straightforward and fair. Kevin Mac was friendly, knowledgeable and a true professional. A slight delay on the car pickup was unfortunate, but did not detract from the overall positive experience. I have dealt with Ford, Lexus and Mazda dealers and these guys are just as good if not better. I highly recommend them
Just bought an 2013 Chevy Malibu. I love the car, the customer service was great. Everyone was very helpful and I will definitely recommend anyone here.

Just purchased my 1st vehicle ever, at Northstar. Being a first time buyer I was really scared in getting ripoff on my purchase. I visited a couple of dealers before I purchased my car and it was a horrible experience. I felt like they just wanted my down payment and didn't care about what I really wanted. I had a great experience with this dealer,I was helped by Tony,good guy was clearly straight up with the vehicle I purchased,everything made sense and I love the vehicle I'm driving now.Leo was the one that did all the transaction and he really help me pay a decent price for the vehicle even having fair credit.
