My experience started off really well. Harry was great to work with, and I fell in love with a 2019 Lexus ES350 on the lot. While looking the car over, I noticed one of the decorative exhaust tips on the rear bumper was just sitting there loose, it was completely broken off and propped in place to look normal. If your thinking of a new or used car. Stay away from Grand Blanc Mitsubishi and the Lasco Auto Group. They try to force you into their financing with scare tacticts and lies. I am pre approved for my loan through my local credit union. All I needed was a Purchase agreement from them. I offered a deposit to hold the truck for me, but they said they could not guarantee the truck to be available unless I financed with them at that moment. I am a single female who went to this dealership looking to purchase my Dream Truck. upon arrival, i was met by a salesman, i told him who i was there to see and what vehicle i wanted to look at. he took me and sat me in an office for a while and then said lets go test drive the truck. Darius was the bomb. He helped me getting me a car. I was in a hit and run and had been looking at so many cars. I came upon Mission Mitsubishi, looking for a different vehicle. My experience with University Mitsubishi started out good. Marc was a helpful sales representative, though not very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking for. A Jeep Wagoneer S. University Mitsubishi’s practice of low balling the advertised price and then adding on unnecessary extras was not appreciated. Buyers should assume around $3000 in extra charges above the advertised price, not including tax and registration. That, however is not what is driving the rating. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Winchester Mitsubishi. I spoke with a salesperson on the phone and we clearly agreed on a selling price for a vehicle. Based on that agreement, I drove almost two hours in very bad weather with my entire family to visit the dealership. When we arrived, they suddenly presented a new price that was **$10,000 higher** than what we had already agreed on. We attempted to purchase a used vehicle from Brandon Tomes at the internet advertised price. We tried negotiating with them over text. Before we went to the dealership, we agreed on trade value and overall price of the car. We sent them VIN of trade and pictures along with full disclosure of the minor damage to our trade.
