I was just discharged Saturday after a couple of days with an acute illness! The nursing staff, physicians and all who helped in my care were exemplary. Thanks to all.
I visited the Emergency room on Holly St. for what turned out to be kidney stones. I found the care and level of service to be excellent, the staff was wonderful. They took x-rays, then a CT-scan and quickly diagnosed my issue. They treated me for pain, gave me antibiotics etc and had me transported to my insurance providers hospital. My problem is that I was billed more than $13,000 for the CT scan and total bill was around $20,000.. My insurance covered a portion but I just had to shell out $6700 to North Suburban. I have to say the front staff shamra was very rude upon my arrival this is not a normal occurrence here and I do hope i have a better experience with the front staff my next appointment. I've been coming to this practice for 8 years my doctor is amazing if you are a new patient and are greeted rudely by this woman ask for another person and give the practice a chance.
