I had a miscarriage and they didn’t even cared I was even bleeding .. I had to go to other hospital. I don’t recommend this hospital at all ..

This ER is a joke. I took my 3 year old in for having trouble breathing in her sleep. All they did was give her motrin and send us home. Even after explaining to them that her face was beet red and lips where turning purple. I will never ever step foot here again. They refused to test her for flu only because she has had it before. Nurses had horrible attitudes! Very very disappointed in this hospital.
I paid $4k including flights for a 5-day Caribbean cruise on Disney for myself and 2 kids. I was charged $4218 for only the ER room at north suburban for ONE HOUR. I was given a $22 ibuprofen and checked out. Also, they charged me for seeing my newborn who was in the room, though he wasn't even ill and I specifically said he was not being seen.
I am illegally being billed for overages that they want after settling with my auto insurance company. I was rear ended it’s not my responsibility!! And you were paid an amount your billing team agreed to.. so shady!! So so so shady! Sent it to collections and all. I have a nice letter from my insurance company telling you to stop. I will hire an attorney and sue you then you’ll really be at a loss for some money.
I would like to say that I just had surgery there and the nurses there took very good care of me thank you to The nurses on the 5 floor thank you Shannon and the evening nurses I couldn't have done it without you yous
Shittiest hospital ever! North Suburban Denied me care while at the emergency room! In the process of a lawsuit! Never go to North suburban ER the nurses are rude and horrible they don’t care about your health.
