Worst hospital I’ve ever been to!! I went in because I severely injured my index finger. They didn’t even give me an exam room with a bed to lay back on, I was put in a triage area in an uncomfortable chair the whole time. I was only given Tylenol 5 minutes before they twisted and pulled on my injured finger to do an X-ray! I was in tears in pain and totally ignored the whole time! These are the nicest caregivers around. My husband went into the ER thinking he had an ulcer they did an ultrasound and cat scan and found a huge mass in his colon. Ultimately it was stage 3 colon cancer. It was removed and if not for the caring and compassion my husband could have ended up dying from this. I will always recommend North Suburban to anyone. Thank you.

Currently in the ER, there's a drunk, high, intoxicated man in the next room literally walking around, falling all over and into our room, making us feel uncomfortable here and definitely not a safe environment. Been about 2 hours now, not one single nurse here to check up on us or the patient. But the worst is there is not a single call button to call a nurse to come in... very disappointed.
I chose to go to NSMC for an MRI not long ago, and I have to say they did absolutely amazing. Robert, the MRI tech, was such a gentleman. I was nervous about the MRI and I am a little claustrophobic; Robert made sure I was okay as he explained the process and answered all my questions. It was such a quick process, I didnt even have time to panic or feel any anxiety! I would definitely recommend North Suburban for any testing or treatments. They did a wonderful job!
My first time visiting this hospital and I just want to thank my nurses Stephanie & Janet. Paramedic Dustin. You Rock! 😊👍 along with Dr. and other staff members involved. Thank you (Gracias) for the treatment and compassion! ❤️
