I had my son at the new birth center here back in September of 2017. This place gave me a birth experience that I dreamed of. I felt listened to, respected, safe, and confident bringing my baby boy into the world with their help. I am eternally grateful for the birth centers team for providing me such a beautiful experience.
To my amazing surgery team, Recovery Team and 4th Floor Recovery Team! Thank you so so so much to Dr.Marr . She was so attentive to my son today and went above and beyond to help me get his prescription filled when his insurance wasn’t working. Thank you also to his nurse Trina and social worker Annette.
I entered the emergency room Fri March 16th and was released March 24th. I received the best care. I was in a lot of pain the first few days. The empathy and care I received helped make my stay so much more bearable. To the 2nd floor staff....YOU ARE AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I arrived on a very busy weekend night. I still received wonderful and very thorough treatment. The nursing staff is always amazing, and the doctor was very attentive. He spoke to me in length about my diagnosis, and I left feeling confident with my treatment plan.
Unprofessional, rude and inattentive. They had a waiting room full of patients waiting for care & while they were taking my vitals, a nurse came by and told them 'room 14 has been clean for an hour'. I had large second degree burns on my skin & they got mad because we asked for another ice pack to calm the pain while I waited for care. My sister then asked if they have vending machines so she could buy cold water/soda since they denied me ice packs....the lady at the counter literally responded with 'Go ask the security guar... read more
