Everyone from the admissions staff to the nurses and doctor Olenick were excellent.
We had our first baby at north suburban last week, and we were so blessed by the staff! Kelsey was our good luck charm, and after 24 hours, we were holding our son! The staff was so kind, and genuinely cared that we had an experience that we would positively remember. We got a handmade blanket, hat and burp cloth, as well as a meal to take home! From my arrival in the ER to my discharge in TELEMETRY this was by far the kindest, most professional and cleanest hospital I've ever been in. Everyone i had the pleasure of meeting. GOOD JOB AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
This place is just as bad as Denver Health they want to do lots of test to get their money but don't care about patient care! They let my son be in pain for more than 4hours without helping him!!! So we got him outta there and went to a real hospital who took care of the reason he went into the emergency room I will never go back to this hospital they treat people like they are all drug addicts. The only good thing about this visit was the doctor the staff is unprofessional and everytime I called they would come 15 mins later at one point I was screaming for help because the call button they gave me wasn't even getting their attention I have had asthma for 19 years and when I asked the nurse Levi a question he looked at me and said well haven't you had asthma you should know and to me that's rude and unprofessional I mean you are getting paid to take care of my needs I even had to ask to have a nurse change I only w... read more
