So terrible. My friend was misdiagnosed and under medicated and after going to this ER twice, is still in terrible pain and is infected. I was in the room when he was paging the nurses and it would not go through. BTW-The heart monitor machine kept turning off. When I pointed this out to the nurse he said it was normal for it not to work. I also heard a racist comment from one of the nurses...really crappy hospital.
They have a very caring, patient staff! Very attentive and trying to help resolve some of my pain
Saw the doctor for two seconds just to tell me they weren't going to do anything and basically screwed
Nurse was. Doc was great nothing but praise. Wait time sucked but in a hospital.
I delivered my little boy here and had the best experience. The labor and delivery nurses took such amazing care of me and made me feel very comfortable. Though every single nurse was phenomenal, Mary Ellen was my angel. The recovery nurses and lactation specialists were also amazing. All of the doctors and medical staff made me feel like family. They took exceptional care of my son as well. This will be the only hospital I deliver at in the future. 5 stars easily.
The staff here at North Suburban is awesome. They have been amazing to Megan and I as we bought our new son Alex into the world. Thankyou for all you do.
The urgent care center sent me home with a pulmonary embolism!! I had to go to another ER to get the care I needed.
