My issue is with the billing office. On June 7, 2016 I had a procedure done. On July 1, 2016 I received my statement showing I owed 1,868.63, I also requested and received the itemization of amount owing from North Suburban and the amount was the same 1,868.63. On my August statement it is now showing an amount of 2,781.27. They added an additional 1214.64. Long story short I have tried to straighten this out for a year now! Worst experience ever! My husband was I extreme pain from a gallbladder attack. After an ultrasound Saturday night, and telling us he has a blockage that requires surgery, and keeping him all night, the doc who hadn't even come to see him, or look at his imaging results decided to release him. She told us, by phone, he doesn't necessarily need surgery and to go home. Oh and here's some freaking pain meds we called it into a pharmacy that isn't close to your house. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Great bedside manner.
I had went twice in the same week for severe kidney pain first was on Sunday visit was fine told me to come back if pain had gotten worse. Came back Tuesday night was triaged quickly but once I was in the room physician and nurse basically acted like I was making everything up because labs came back negative yet both kidneys were inflamed and I couldn't keep anything down. Released me with a diagnosis of flank pain and told me it was "muscular"
