I don't like having to go to the hospital. But I love going here. The people that work here are always so nice. Thank you.
The doctors surgeons nurses house keeping have all been wonderful. My husband had a kidney removed and everyone has been wonderful.
I have had the best experience possible with North Suburban, from there Drs to housekeeping it has been great. The new St. Anthony's North is by far the worst. It feels more like family here.
Dr Marr and his staff were excellent. They were very understanding, compassionate and showed what it means to be a good doctor and a good facility. I have no complaints at all.
Horrible. Billing had input my information wrong and therefore sent bills to the wrong address for almost a year and instead of reaching out to see if there is something wrong or to cross check the information you had you just send me to a debt collection agency and take absolutely zero responsibility for the incorrect information. Horrible Horrible customer service as well, rude, cold, interruptive individuals.
This is the best hospital I've been too, got my gall bladder removed and all the doctors and nurses are so helpfull and supportive
Instead of helping my Grandma with her knee, they're out there playing ring toss and telling eachother their life stories like teenage girls. Not to mention they are rude and snappy when we ask questions and treat us like we're stupid.
Went in ER for fainting, they checked me in super quick but once I was hooked up to all the machines they basically forgot about me... I pressed the nurse 'call' button 5 times over the span of an hour and NOT A SINGLE PERSON CAME! The routine tests came back normal so they brushed it off like I was making it all up... I didn't expect 5 star service but dang the staff that day was the worst. I do not recommend going there
