I was a contract employee, not a patient, thank God. I was harassed, bullied and robbed of my lunchbag, which contained $50 of my property. HSS security employees helped them, rather than me. I contacted HSS, but they were of no help.
This hospital sucks balls they ask if i wanted to stay like im the Dr and that i was really sick
Personally, I feel the doctors are incompetent. They to do not listen to what you have to say, as to where the pain is coming from.. I will never return to this hospital, I will be in contact with the directors concerning my visits.
North Suburban Medical Center sent my senior mother home with a sling on a broken arm and 10 pain killers for a holiday weekend. She was told to call the Orthopedic Surgeon for an appointment. Unfortunately, it was Thanksgiving and no doctors were available. She was left to suffer because they made a mistake. If we wanted, we could bring her in to be re-evaluated at the cost of another ER visit, so we could get enough medication to make it through the weekend.

The staff was great took care of my daughter and kept us informed the whole time we were there really liked our nurse Kacy and Dr. De they are keepers.�� great place for emergencies!
Kind and caring staff. Pretty quick service, and knowledgeable doctors.
I will never go anywhere else. The ER and all the hospital staff go above and beyond every time. Excellent!
they have always been great. my daughter was born here 26 yrs ago. if give a choice i will always choice this er.
