I love that a stranger help my 9 yr old in the parking lot get a wheel chair 4 me n that he took us to thr ER n right away took us bk so thank u so much for everything
We avoid going to North Suburban Hospital as much as possible ,there triage system sucks if I could rate them a minus zero I would. there staff obviously is not train to recognize a person that it is in DkA (diabetic ketoacidosis) in my grand daughter's case she always has been over 600 and ends up in ICU it is sad that they make them wait in the waiting area for half hour to an hour when they need to be treated immediately, I have complain nothing is done
I feel their nurses and phlebotomist need retraining on how to draw blood from toddlers. I would come to get services for me if needed..but never again for my child.
The ER doc and all the nurses were wonderful. We were in and out in less than 3 hours which included xrays and a leg long splint. Very friendly and informative.
My 4 year old was seen for possible appendicitis yesterday, and was treated like a little prince the entire time! He was given the best care!
I had the best experience at North Suburban during my labor and delivery! All of the staff was very accommodating and respectful! Thank you to everyone who helped my family and myself out during my pregnancy!!
They took great care of my infant son. I wasn't a fan of the meals, but who is?
Our nurse tonight is unreal. Jasmine. My girlfriend is extremely sick, in the ER they left her blood all over the floor and her bed. After they admitted her, I mentioned this to our nurse she looked at me and said they were a separate unit. So unprofessional..if you have an emergency, go to St. Anthony's.
