The ER is the worst. The staff does not communicate at all with the patients and they don’t care how long you need to wait. The bathrooms are filthy. The nurses are rude the doctor popped in one time and said he would do an exam and nothing for over three hours. Not even an acknowledgement from a nurse!

The 5th floor weekend Dr has been an incredible disappointment. As a Dr he should be a leader living your mission statement and leading your teams with valor and integrity, but instead he is 3 hours late, rushing, not listening, and then tries to leave without talking. His patient is unable to get out of bed due to an underlying issue the Dr is ignoring, and all he can say is “everything looks great.” As a native who was born in this hospital and raised in Englewood (EHS Grad), I really hoped for a better experience.
