Our 18 year-old son, Noah, was rushed into your ER on September 12th with a slim chance of survival. Between your ER staff, Dr. Knight and the rest of your amazing ICU staff, our son survived!! Noah is home and is expected to make a full recovery. Thank you North Suburban, you're an incredible medical center!
I wouldn't even give it a star! Worst hospital! Careless Drs and nurses! Along with uneducated! Its just not a job! Its trust you are giving people! And to see how careless they are is very sad! Lots of lives are ending instead of being saved!
This place is absolutely horrible a complete NIGHTMARE for people with no health insurance coming from a complete inner peace positive person if i could rate 0 stars that would be my rating absolutely no questioning from my part
Never go to north suburban hospital their bill department is horrible. I have called the 10 times to get this figured out. All that they needed to do was switch the primary insurance. So frustrating. Because of their mistake I have had the payments for my kidney failure halted until I re verified witch was primarily. Soooooo awful
I was a patient in the ER last week and I was treated very well. The wait was less than 10 mins and my ER nurse Steve and Dr Liao were excellent. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
Thank you for taking great care of my mother. Because of providers and care givers like you I am inspired and more motivated to finish my career and start as a nurse anesthetist. Everyone was great and very compassionate. Thank you once again Indira, Maria, Dr. Isaacs and everyone else who helped my mother.
I delivered my third child at North Suburban last week, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Having my other two children at different area hospitals, I can say that my experience at North Suburban was beyond compare! My midwife, along with the nurses and staff in L&D were so supportive and really helped to make my birth a positive experience. This was followed up my great care in the PP unit. A big thank you to all that were involved!
