If I could not give any stars I would. That is how bad my experience was with these people. They are supposed to be a crisis center to help people and it took them almost 3 days to call me back to make an appointment after we were needing help sooner than 3 days later. We ended up going to our doctor to get the help we needed and this has now ended up in a mandatory hospital stay. This is a THANKS FOR LITERALLY FOR NOTHING. I've been a patient at the Windsor clinic for almost a year. My experience has been bad. I did not get the help I needed. It is extremely hard to get ahold of anyone or get your prescription filled. I needed my prescription filled and my psychiatrist was out of town, no one could fill it for me. After she came back from vacation I never heard from her. 3 weeks later and still off my meds I had to call and talk to a manager. They just don't seem to care about their patients.
