The North Portland Wellness Center (NPWC) was founded in 2007 as a holistic multi-disciplinary clinic. Founders Annabelle Snow, LAc and Lili Scott, LAc saw potential in a huge, falling down old Portland home and purchased it in 2005. Over the next 18-months, they cleared, lifted and completely renovated the building creating the space for the Wellness Center to emerge. Amazing Acupuncture! – I've seen Mary Chen a few times now for acupuncture treatments, and feel so lucky to have found her! She has listened very closely when I've explained my issues & has asked a lot of questions to help figure out what needs to be done in my treatment sessions. She's gone far above what other acupuncturists have done and I couldn't be happier with her. The front desk staff is also really pleasant to work with & they have really great hours. I would absolutely recommend Mary & North Portland Wellness!

Welcoming, calming, relaxing, healing space – Colleen Bunker has done wonders for my physical issues--lower back, thumb tissue, finger joint, and the constant, always present pain in those areas. She has also helped my sleep issues and my moods! After frequent, regular visits for several months, the pain is diminishing and I can stay regulated with treatments every 3-4 weeks. She is a master at acupuncture and Chinese medicine and I have had great relief from her treatments and advice. Thank you, Colleen!
North Portland Wellness Center – I have been suffering from adhesive capsulitis (frozen sholder). I am told it is hormonal, all I know is it is very painful. No more sleeping meds! – The North Portland Wellness Center has stepped into my life and has done the unthinkable….after 13 years of being on strong sleeping medication I am now able to sleep med free. Instead I go to acupuncture with Annabelle or Lili 2x monthly and wall-ah!
Relief from back pain! – A friend of mine recommended that I go see Glenda when I complained of recurring back pain. She is fabulous! She's down to earth and knowledgeable. I've started following some of her suggestions on exercises and shoe wear and I'm feeling better. It's a relief to find someone who listens and addresses the pain!
Acupuncture by Annabelle Snow is exceptional. – My first experience with acupuncture was at North Portland Wellness Center. The center is such a tranquil place, and Annabelle Snow's calm, caring and professional demeanor put me at ease. Unlike most traditional Western doctors, she spends ample time listening and asking questions to get a holistic view of your health and needs. The only drawback for me has been finding appointment times; booking further ahead is helpful.
