After a friend recommended acupuncture by Mary Chen at North Portland Wellness Center for some chronic lower back pain and stiffness, I wasn't even sure what acupuncture could do for a person. But after the first visit, Mary magically made my back more limber, which allowed me to continue with other physical therapy exercises. She's pretty amazing at knowing where my body needs help and I can't describe where I'd be without the last 6 months of her work. Mary and NPWC are highly recommended!
I started going to NPWC for a mountain biking injury, I had an upcoming competition and I wanted to see if I could get my pain down so I could ride. Jessica, in two sessions, took my pain down from massive muscle spasms and a lot of pain moving around to almost nothing and my competition went awesome. Then I saw Erik (LMT) for some hip, leg and low back tightness and pain and Erik was very strong, had a wonderful technique and was very smooth and professional. The place is great! dr Keenan borgardt did a great job with my chronic back pain. he knows what he is doing and treats you like you are intelligent, explaining why he is asking questions and why he is doing certain procedures. highly recommended!
North Portland Wellness center is an amazing place. After a lot of searching for a good massage therapist that also takes insurance I found Tiffany. I've been seeing her regularly since last year. She is very very good at what she does and I can't see myself going to another massage therapist.
I love this place!! I have went to a few other places and this one is by far the best:) Tiffany is wonderful. I am looking forward to my next massage. Five Star!

I have been a patient at the Portland Wellness Center for a few years now. It is a warm, welcoming, and relaxing setting for my massage and accupuncture appointments. Tiffany gives an amazing massage, and my 15 year-old son and I have both benefited from accupuncture. The staff at the front desk are kind and very personable. Highly recommended!
The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, and the space is quite relaxing!
