In my experience, need to communicate with customer about what your buying and make sure they have the right paperwork to sell used cars. Bought a used car and its been over 4 months and still dont have plates. I've heard alot of excuses and that title would be 8n about 2 months ago. Two days ago i got a call from Mary saying that title is going to be sent by bank in anothwr 7 to 10 business days. This excuse has been told to me for 3 months. Horrible customer service, managers shouldn't tell at you when you want to shop around at other places. When you are not interested in a car, they should not assume you can't afford it or tell you, you wasted their time.

I wasn't too pleased with my experience at Cavender so I went to North Park location. Fred was awesome and kept me posted, asked questions, concerns and worked with my budget. I was even amazed they washed and vacuumed my car. Thank you for the great service.
