This location was recommended to me from multiple people and Im glad I listened! If at all possible, I highly recommend working with ********************! Took our 2012 Prius V for diagnosis and repair. We reported shaking when starting/switching from electric to gas. We paid $1596.32.Check engine light is back on and same issue occurs so we return it to NP Toyota and we pay $1001.47.Check engine light and shaking continues and we pay $99.95.Check engine light comes back on and the service tech says it is on the hybrid part of the car so we pay $1075.36 after it took a few weeks to get the part and they kept the vehicle for 2-3 weeks to fix the issue.We get the car back and ch... read more

Took my truck in to replace catalytic converter they said no problem will take a few days to get the parts days turned into months. I use that truck for work so I lost wages because of this. I will be contacting my attorney.
