I had a great experience purchasing my new car from Betty and the other sales staff. I later took the car in to get the tow hitch and roof rack crossbars installed. Fred at the service department provided the worst auto service experience that I have ever had. He did not communicate well at all, and at one point left me on hold for over an hour. I bought a truck from them and they apply alot of things worth $2,888 more to my loan and I notice until I reviewed all the papers at home now I been 4 times back and they don't want to fix the problem. Once they have your money they stop helping the customers. Also they sold me a used truck without having the oils change when the sticker said it was due by 10/11/20 and I bougth it 10/17/20
They treat you like a queen and your vehicle as well. Love coming here! thank you

I had an appointment to take in a vehicle i had just purchased on 9/5 theres a whistling sound coming through the windshield. Anyways, arrived at my appt time, waited 30 minutes for an advisor to come talk to me just to tell me that they couldn’t see my vehicle due to being over booked and behind schedule told me to come back during the week. Worst experience and customer service. I purchased a vehicle a month ago and they still have not paid off the trade in to the previous lender. I will have to make a 2nd payment for a vehicle they own. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

They never listen to what you want or don’t want done to your vehicle. When I say I don’t want a my truck washed that doesn’t mean to make me wait another 45 more minutes to wash my truck after I just told you not to! And the technicians leave the interior all dirty. Grease on the doors, the steering wheel and seats.
