I purchased my 2021 Toyota 4Runner from Mohammad J*****. He was patient with me and listened on my exact vehicle needs . Moe was persistent in finding my 4 Runner He ordered my base model from Toyota and they made it for me. He was patient and I felt he was on my team when I negotiated to get the best price !! I shopped around Houston and couldn’t get as low as North Park SA gave me .on price . Thank you Moe for the great customer service I absolutely felt valued as a customer

I needed to purchase a new and reliable car. Hugo V****** was my salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable of all vehicles and safety features. I wanted to stay within a certain budget and Hugo worked with my request. I referred family to see Hugo for their car needs and will continue to do so.
Great bunch of people fantastic dealership and really friendly and helpful. My salesman, Mo, was very helpful very friendly and not pushy at all. He took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted to. Would definitely recommend him!

I had a great experience purchasing my new car from Betty and the other sales staff. I later took the car in to get the tow hitch and roof rack crossbars installed. Fred at the service department provided the worst auto service experience that I have ever had. He did not communicate well at all, and at one point left me on hold for over an hour. Even after being on hold so long, he gave me mixed messages about the timing of the installation and returned my new car to me minus a plastic cover. I have yet to receive this cover... read more
