They never listen to what you want or don’t want done to your vehicle. When I say I don’t want a my truck washed that doesn’t mean to make me wait another 45 more minutes to wash my truck after I just told you not to! And the technicians leave the interior all dirty. Grease on the doors, the steering wheel and seats.

I bought a vehicle from here with Craig Johnson and had problems immediately within 24 hours of purchase. I was assured by the used car manager, Mike, they would take care of the problems being they were obviously pre-existing, and the car was serviced in Austin where I live and still has the same problems. I doubt it was actually serviced. When trying to contact management for help, I am ignored or reassured someone will get back to me. Was assured someone would call me from management, but 5 days later still no call. Unfortunately sad to say I did buy a car here, but will definitely not be returning, nor would I recommend anyone to start your car buying journey here. Sometimes you have to deal with substandard service, just cause, hence the fact I bought a car here. My suggestions if you have to buy a car here, find your own financing, don't let them run credit checkS on you, and look for warranties and gap coverage other places first.
They lie when they serviced my car the tire light was on when I got the car back they said they tires were rotated and pressure checked. When I got in my car the tire light was still on. I bet they didn’t even rotate the tires they just said they did. I feel now that the oil was not even changed totally feel disappointed.
