I am very pleased with the exceptional service provided by my service advisor Chris Fitch. He is courteous, a good communicator and listener who ensures your concerns are addressed. He provides advice and suggestions on issues found during the vehicle inspection. I know that Chris will provide any customers with the same exceptional service that I received.

We purchased a used car yesterday, 6/30/25, which was a great experience. Everyone involved in our purchase process was very professional and extremely helpful. A huge shout out to our Sales Consultant, Derrick Harvey, for being so helpful and respectful to us from the start of the process and until we finalized our deal and pulled away from the dealership. Brought my Prius in due to "red triangle of death." I was near the dealership when the warning came up and they had an opening in the service department. The Service Writer was very courteous and told me they would take a look. About an hour later, he called me and said that, "the entire cooling system needed to be replaced." He then quoted me $2000 to do the work! When I asked why it was so much, he said the system has 2 "very difficult" pumps to replace and said they needed me to leave it overnight. It has been a pleasure working with Marcus Avendano while purchasing my '25 Grand Highlander. I appreciate that he kept me advised when 2 new Grand Highlander Hybrids became available. Because of his keeping me in the loop I drove 50 miles to deal with him and make my purchase. I'm also thankful for his followup when it was discovered that I was missing the Owners Navigation & Multi-media Manual. Worst experience ever!!!!! Predatory sales practices for add-on products. Claimed GAP insurance and other add-on products were required in order to purchase the vehicle. GAP insurance and other add-on products cannot be required unless they are a term/condition of the loan contract. Toyota Motor Credit Corporation's loan contract contains no such language regarding add-on products. Salesmen rude and condescending. Be careful!!!!!

Today I called Darcars to see if I could get a maintenance appointment before I leave for New Jersey tomorrow. I spoke with Anthony Moxley, and he was such a big help. He was patient with me and was pleasant to talk to. He even went above and beyond to help me schedule an appointment at another location when there were no available appointments at his location. I had a really good buying experience at Parks Toyota of DeLand. I purchased a 2025 RAV4. The first new car I have owned since 1971. At that time, I purchased a 1972 Chevrolet Vega for less than $3,000. My monthly payments were $87.67. So anything I purchase these days gives me sticker shock. That being said, Andrea Holloway was a breath of fresh air. She did not approach me with a fast talking sales pitch. If she had, I would have put up a brick wall. I bought my car in for a 45 minute recall repair. Made an appointment for 9am. I was asked at check in if any further repairs were to be made and I said no. Two hours later, I am still waiting and being told the Tech is going through my filters and doing a multi point t inspection. This was not requested. I informed my advisor I only want recall work done and that is all. And Was advised it has only been 2 hours.
