On November 3rd, 2020, I went to North Park Toyota of San Antonio looking for a used Toyota with my son. We were met by Juan C********, a very polite and professional sales consultant We looked at used 2010 silver Toyota 4Runner that was of interest to us. I bought a truck from them and they apply alot of things worth $2,888 more to my loan and I notice until I reviewed all the papers at home now I been 4 times back and they don't want to fix the problem. Once they have your money they stop helping the customers. Also they sold me a used truck without having the oils change when the sticker said it was due by 10/11/20 and I bougth it 10/17/20

Went in to purchase a car. We knew exactly what we wanted. Andrew B***** was the seller that helped us. Good guy overall. We decided to purchase the car. We went through the process and it went well took about an hour. Andrew told us to wait and the finance will come out and get you. We literally waited for 2 hours. At this time I was really hungry and was ready to go home. Finally the finance office guy arrives and was ready to rock and roll. We talked a little friendly conversation. My fiance and I very highly recommend North Park Toyota of San Antonio and the excellent customer service we experience from Tyler Broome. Once we found precisely the car and packages we wanted, we struggled to find a dealership that could deliver it. I had an appointment to take in a vehicle i had just purchased on 9/5 theres a whistling sound coming through the windshield. Anyways, arrived at my appt time, waited 30 minutes for an advisor to come talk to me just to tell me that they couldn’t see my vehicle due to being over booked and behind schedule told me to come back during the week. Worst experience and customer service. I purchased a vehicle a month ago and they still have not paid off the trade in to the previous lender. I will have to make a 2nd payment for a vehicle they own. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
