Service was terrible. Appointment was at 1 pm for oil change and completed at 3:40. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE AND NEVER RECOMMEND!

I will never buy from or recommend Ross Carlos. We went in with an approved loan from a lender. Finance guy had my husband sign paperwork and we were on our way. 4 days later salesman (Ross Carlos) sends an email demanding for my husband to go to the bank because he is driving their vehicle. He was basically implying we took the vehicle without paying (Very unprofessional email from Ross Carlos). If you're looking for a new Toyota this dealership is the way to go. Our salesman was Jose Gutierrez, he made the whole process quick and easy. This was by far the best dealership and salesman we've ever dealt with.
