North park is the absolute worst!!!! While transporting my vehicle ,the rear windshield shattered. I was told “no problem” we will take care of it. Now my headliner has water marks from an apparent leak. 1st they said it was no longer under warranty..... not true. Still have 1 year . 2 nd they said it was not their fault. Called and called. At the end of the day...my car is not fixed, my window tint is blurry and I still have water marks., They DID offer to “investigate “ for 200$ at my cost. Very home cozy environment. Loved it!
No problem with purchase of my 2 cars, it’s the service for maintenance that kills me. I had a 7:30 appointment and it’s 9:40 and I’m still here. When you come for service folks make sure you pack a lunch , bring a pillow and a blanket!
still dealing with an outstanding ticket on a truck we used as trade in. we traded in a truck 2 years ago. in jan of 2018, a ticket was issued and is now being charged to me. having to deal with the city of san Antonio tow and the municipal court showing the bill of sale that we traded in the truck in 2106. the city said the dealership never updated records from ownership. now I have to dispute fines and fees with the city. the dealership dropped the ball. be careful if you trade in a vehicle here! you may get a bill and fin... read more
Great service quick and easy
Went in for maintenance check and other minor issues. Whenever I deal with other techs it’s no bueno. However, Martin Flores is the ONLY person to deal with. He goes above and beyond even the smallest extra things he does to provide customer service goes a long way.
Was told 30 minutes for a new battery that was 50% prorated. 90 minutes later I am told they don’t have battery and will have to get from another Toyota vendor. I told them to put my old battery back in and left. Mgr tried to make it better by removing $8 (taxes) for replacement.
