There was some confusion when I purchased my Tundra from North Park Toyota, but after contacting the GM, Ms. Eubanks, I was surprised with how quick she researched my problem and presented a fair solution that ultimately made me happy. I can't imagine how busy a GM of a dealership this size can be, but she made me feel like my issue was her top priority. Ms. Eubanks is the reason I will definitely consider North Park Toyota for my next vehicle.
