Awful customer service. Never coming here again.
The person i worked with was very nice (derek)but wasnt pleased with time it took to repair my truck...two weeks....had to wait for paper work wasnt done and couldnt even vaccuum the inside. The bed of truck had a beer bottle and cuz the truck wasnt done in a timely manner the insurance put a stop to rental had to pay out of pocket for rental, Toyota couldnt even offer help with rental since it was toyota fault for all the delays.I took my truck to toyota because i felt they were best qualified to fix my truck...its not the ... read more

I cannot began to explain how great of an experience I had at North Park Toyota. The Lord was truly working through Ozzy, Robert, and Bryan. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to help me. I walked in there with nothing and left with a brand new car.
