usually they take care of us in a timely fashion, not today. asked the service advisor to fix one of the airbag retainer, he said its just a clip that needs to be replaced, took over an hour. those technicians sure do get paid by the hour. watched from the window how pathetic they work, no sense of urgency.
Went in ready to buy cash money, and they would not give me a price on my trade in, or talk numbers until they run a credit check. They told me to come back when I was serious. I'll take my business elsewhere. No need to waste time at a place that just wants to sell you debt.

I recently decided for the first time to get an oil change here. I work onsite in HR at a supplier for the Toyota Plant and a coworker informed me that he gets free oil changes and I should call and find out. So I did. The woman I spoke to said as long as I worked at the plant and purchased my vehicle there it was free. She asked me what year my vehicle was and I said 2008 but that I purchased it in 2013. RecommendedAlways had a great experience with North Park, except for this recent visit today where the service center forgot to put the oil cap back on my motor and oil sprayed all over my engine :/
Shady AF worst customer service ever but that's expected from a car dealership. I'm gonna make it a point to steer everyone away from this establishment.
had no issues with the salesperson great straight shooter everything was out the door so we met up with the finance dude you think the money was going into their pocket.
They are always very kind and helpful, we have gotten 3 vehicle from them 2016,2017 and 2018 Toyota
