Actually...i liked the location. It's beautiful. Took my son's car in to be serviced and loved that they had a playroom and a cafateria. The only reason i didn't give a 5 star rating is that i made an appt the day before and when i got there the guy outside said he didn't see my appt in the computer. I was asked to wait and wait i did. Finally i called from the car outside and was told yes you have an appt. But still seemed i had to wait forever. Other than that... friendly customer service.
Worst experience ever with service department! Arrived right when they opened, was told prior that they didn’t do appointments on Saturday. Waited over two hours. After seeing people leave who arrived after me, I questioned what was going on. No one could give me an answer or locate my car for almost 30 minutes. When they finally found my car and brought it out they told me all they did was top off my fluids. Seriously? Still waiting for a call from management.
Cipriano Sierra was the best! Will recommend HIM to family and friends. Thank you for getting us into a car!
Most of the people who work here are fantastic. I only had 1 employee that was unacceptable.
A real friendly dealership top to bottom. I always feel comfortable when I am here. Love Connie S., she helped my folks with an Avalon and now with my new Camry. Will be comming here for my car service, following my dad's footsteps.
