Here for an oil change and tire rotation. Been over 4 hours now and I'm still waiting. Tried to make an appointment yesterday and was told it wasn't necessary. Excuse for the delay is that there were making repairs I did not request and which they did not ask for my authorization for.
Made appt but was told it was a 2 hr wait really !!!!
Called about a car, agreed on a great price, and drove from Houston to pick it up the same day. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My sales man Jimmy was awesome. Didn’t feel pressured to buy something and all the numbers matched. No hidden fees. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
What an amazing experience! Cipriano was GREAT at finding us exactly what we needed and wanted. He was thorough and efficient. Our finance guy, Pat, was awesome as well! Got us a great extended warranty, and did it all with a great attitude! Will definitely bu from here again!
Shouldn't have a customer wait more than 10 minutes for somebody to finally come out to let them know if they went in the other lane it would faster. . Bad customer service
