Friendly and professional salespeople
I got an offer to rico at North park toyota who has been here 7-8 years as a salesman came down here today 12/21/2018 from corpus christi, and after doing paper works for a few hrs only to find out that the deal they offer me was nothing but a sales talk, deal was 42k below out the door and at the end of a few hrs doing paper works i ask them again before signing out the deal and manager told me it was 45k and 49k out the door. So wasted my drive to san antonio for nothing, even rent a car to get here.
Express serves is pretty fast and the people working there are friendly and they listen to your concerns
i called about a used vehicle and faxed over all the paperwork to just sign the papers, then a request for a deposit to hold it until i get there on monday (this is saturday), only to get a text a couple of HOURS later that somebody else might buy it, to get a call later that it sold. SHOTTY BUSINESS in my book. all i got from the gm was 'i'm sorry'. unbelievable.
