Verified Renter Cortland North Haven is a wonderful place to live. The management is always on top of their game. The landscaping is very nice around the whole property. The maintenance is very knowledgable on their work they complete for my unit.
Worst Apartment in Cypress Overpriced, low quality apartments, lots of new fees every month, trash piles up causing stinky smell outside. lots of burglaries, gate is always broken and open for everyone to drive through. The manager treat residents like trash after they sign lease and move in but pretends to be nice when you first visit to view apartment, very two face and do not respond when residents have problems with maintenance or other issues.
