Verified Renter I'm on my second lease here and really enjoy the community. The Management team members are great and always helpful. The maintenance team does a great job keeping all areas clean and organized. Everyone always looks happy to be part of Cortland and ready to assist.

However, the maintenance team took about 2 weeks to take care of a maintenance request on Our garage door. I have had issues with my trash getting picked up lately, and the last two times my trash didnt get picked up I couldnt get ahold of anyone in the office about it.
