When I first moved in, there were some maintenance issues, but Shelia made sure everything was resolved quickly and promptly. Brooklyn was my Leasing Agent, and she is incredible! Verified Renter Cortland North Haven is a pleasant place to live. Personnel are professional, responsive, and courteous. Maintenance issues are responded to in a timely manner. The team is friendly, courteous, and efficient. Amenities are terrific and well maintained. Trash collection service usually works quite well. There are occasional problems with gates, but they are addressed as soon as possible and occupants are advised when matters can't be resolved immediately.
Verified Renter I really enjoy living at Cortland North Haven. The staff always address my niece immediately. I hardly ever have a maintenance concern but when I do it is handled really fast the community is very clean and I enjoy coming home to the beautiful curb appeal
