Verified Renter In the years I've lived here, there's been a significant decline in the residents, the cleanliness and most importantly, the safety/security! The lack of security on the property, the vast increase in break ins and theft as well as the the lack of concern exhibited by the leasing office will guarantee i don't sign another lease!
Verified Renter The building is full of coackroaches. Appliances are too old. Service requests take time to be resolved.
Verified Renter I was impressed with the maintenance team. The community works on preventive maintenance which makes everything run smoothly. I have never had this experience in my previous residence. I'm really glad they take this approach instead of waiting for maintenance tickets to come in. So far, this has been the most impressive of living here beside of the cleanest community I've seen.

Verified Renter Vivir en Cortland Cherry Creek, puede ser muy agradable y tranquilo, solo hay una cosa como el parqueadero, que es un tortura si llegar después de las 9 pm, es casi imposible conseguir un lugar para estacionar y debes dejar los autos en el otro condominio o en la calle.
Verified Renter I really like being here. It's home for me. It's a nice clean and blended, quiet community. Shops and major stores are within a 5 mile radius.

Verified Renter Nice clean community. My apartment is beautiful but repairs done are substandard. Valet trash service is excellent but trash areas in community can become overflowed but taken care of. Parking can be an issue depending on when you come home for the evening. The staff is quick to respond to your needs. For the price it's a great value and is next to Cherry Creek bike and running trails if you like to run or bike or just take a walk.
