Verified Renter I highly recommend Cortland Northheaven to anyone looking for apartments in Cypress are. Apartments range from 1 to 3 beds, very clean and have all necessary appliances. I am glad I chose this place over a year ago and already extended my contract for another 17 months or so.

Verified Renter The apartments are the nicest you will find. There are parks all over with project with lovely landscaping. I mostly love the inside finishes & dont have to walk outside to get in my car.

Verified Renter This is a very satisfactory apartment community. I would recommend it to anyone. It's landscaped nicely, service requests are answered as quickly as possible, office staff are responsive, polite, and friendly. Amenities in front office are fun to use. Pool table, fitness facility, computers w/ web access, TV, etc are well maintained. Swimming pool is awesome.
