Love it here! The Cortland is such a great place to live at. From the amazing staff to a wonderful property with great amenities. Also can’t forget to mention that it’s also close to many shops and lots of food varieties.

Neighbors are respectful and the complex feels safe, all the staff from leasing to maintenance are wonderful and genuinely care about creating a great community, the grounds and amenities are well kept, they also regularly host community events. Not Recommended – Ongoing Safety and Service Issues I do not recommend Cortland University City as a safe or professionally managed place to live. My experience has been marked by repeated service failures, unresolved maintenance issues, and a concerning lack of accountability from management. For months, the key fob system on my building was broken. Although the door would lock, residents were unable to gain entry using their issued fobs.
