I am divorced... (Verified Renter) I am divorced but stayed in area to be close to kids. While the complex is nice and has many resident activities, they are geared to families and non working adults (lots are held before working folks get home). Youre missing out on single clients by not offering any activities for them. I host several divorce group activities and NONE of the folks would consider living here (between the dumpster overspill and lack of singles activities).

Overall satisfied with my stay here but would not be willing to renew my lease here because my neighbors are horrible and noisy and keep me up all night and it affects my day to day livelihood. I understand there isnt much management can do about it because Ive tried repeatedly to get the situation rectified, to no avail. I do appreciate them for at least trying though.
