Any non-urgent issues that are needing to be resolved are dealt with within 24-48 hours typically. The main con is the fact that parking can be hard to get some days. Verified Renter The apartment is fine -- Wish there was better parking options, and wish the hallways/shared spaces were kept up more. There are so many other apartments downtown that we are unsure if we will renew.

Verified Renter The complex has many pets, and I assume some pet owners help clean up after their dogs. However, at night, some pet owners allow their dogs to relieve themselves around the complex, especially in the grill areas and near the trash bin, and they often leave the waste behind.
