Verified Renter The lack of response from lease renewal to renters insurance leaves something to be desired. My problems never get resolved within a timely manner.
Verified Renter Over all, is a really nice place. There has been different management for a reason that now it seems to be doing good. The Bike storage needs to be closed up or changed into something else because it is an empty space at this point. (With previous bike being stolen and the room getting really dusty)

Verified Renter Moved in two weeks ago. Due to the prolonged lease and all the issues that came with it, we didn’t sign until the actual move in day. We had toured a different unit of the same floor plan. After signing and getting the keys, we walked into our unit for the first time and there was a strong mothball smell. Two weeks later is still here, after numerous cans of Lysol, febreeze, airing out and having to rent a steam cleaner (because the carpets were old and filthy). Hope to get the smell gone soon.
