Love UNC, Dr Brotherton at the Hillsborough Campus my oncologist for nine years as well as Dr Melissa Rich Gastroenterology that treats my Gastroparesis . Then at the Chapel Hill Campus is Dr Karla Pou, my endocrinologist that treats my diabetes and Amy Ford PA is always there for any anxiety or coping skills needed! The doctors and their staff are always very nice and always in touch and readily available if needed. Very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend UNC and drive about 1.5 hours to get there! Terrible ER experience. Doctor was disinterested and unhelpful, and the angry red-headed discharge nurse was extremely rude to my child. Just plain mean.

My dad is receiving chemo in the cancer hospital. I have no complaints with the staff there. We brought him into the ER due to complications from chemo. He literally laid in the bed for five hours with no one checking on him. We had to repeatedly go over details with the dr. She forgot pertinent details and was completely discombobulated the entire time.
