I have been trying to call regarding a charge on our account (since 11/28/18) and there is no way to get through to a representative or get resolution. Apparently they are closed for lunch until 12:30 but it’s 12:45 and they are still closed. How are we supposed to confidently put our lives on your hands if you can’t run your accounts department efficiently?
Blood draw lab at main hospital is unclean and unsanitary with negligent nurses who disregard patient privacy.
They have the most caring staff. Never felt in better hands when it comes to being at a hospital. Glad I was transferred here.
Every time I interact with this organization I feel more disrespected than the time before. From loud openly racist rants by A Doctor during a twenty hour wait in the ER to broken computer networks to lost medication to items stolen from my pack while I slept, this place is just plain unsafe. Complacency here will kill you.
dr. jeffrey Blumberg did my surgery and I had a good experience. healing fast and nice friendly doctor who cares for his patients.
Today, by the grace of God and Modern Medicine I will celebrate the 28th anniversary of my Double Lung Transplant!!!! I have now lived longer with my New Donor Lungs than I have will my old CF lungs!!!! I never, ever thought I would see this day. I am grateful to God, my donor family, my doctors, my family and every single one of my friends! There have been some big bumps in the road but somehow I have made it. poor communication between doctors and patients. have been here for 5 days now and am getting the run-a-around. they say they will return and then leave for the day and change orders without consulting?
Everyone that works and volunteers here makes sure to go above and beyond for their patients. I’ve been treated like family by each individual, from the registration desk to interactions with doctors and nurses. No one likes to be at the hospital but they’ve all made it a little easier. I was also extremely impressed by how quickly UNC was able to reschedule my appointments after conflict with one of my insurances. Great experience all around! Insurance is confusing but My access to care has never been so easy!
