This was my second time on the Hillsborough UNC campus. It was a very good experience. Facility is beautiful, the care excellent and the medical staff treated me with dignity.
The 6 West unit is amazing! New rooms with beach scenes on the doors to relax the families and patients. The nurses and staff are top notch!
They keep patients on hold for hours on end, when they're only trying to just refill their prescriptions.
My son was transported by ambulance from Hoke First Health. Once we go to UNC they got all the test scheduled that was needed and was done in a timely manner. My son was constantly asked how he was doing and how we were doing. Once they decided on the procedure that was to be done. We got complete description of how it was going to go. Everything went as they planned and made sure he was 100% before we were discharged. I will always be thankful that UNC was there to take care of my child.
All staff I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The best care I've had in a long time!
I always enjoy my routine physician visits at UNC Hospital-Hillsborough. They're extremely efficient and on time. I also highly recommend Lisa Jackson for OB/GYN 😊
Everyone is always friendly and helpful! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
