My daughter was admitted to the ICU unit after giving birth 7 days prior. Even though she was in ICU the nurses figured out a way for her to see her newborn baby. They went the extra mile.
My Fiance was in terrible car accident Early SAT morning and had to be flown here from Capefear valley hospital. Ever since he has been very well taken care of. They Doctors and Nurses have been wonderful. They are very nice and very caring. The only problem is they need more waiting rooms for the families. Every day they have been very full.
My father had chemo and bladder removal in the cancer center and all is well. The doctors, nurses and aids were all very attentive to his needs and exhibited the level of professionalism you would expect in and organization associated with The University of North Carolina. Two thumbs up !!
Customer Service Is Sub Par. Billing Department accepts false information and bills at their discretion. They assumed the wrong responsible party and billed anyway. Lousy Professionalism.
I was there with a friend of mine. The service was quick we were in and out. Yes he had an appointment but this was much faster than my Dr. If it wasn't so far from Fayetteville NC this would be my health care.
I've waited over 4 months for financial assistance and haven't heard anything. They continue to bill me. They ignore my emails regarding this , do they really care about their patients??? I don't think so
The doctors were very nice didn't take long to see the dr she had test done on my husband and got us out so we could get back on the road and get out of the ice and snow
