Have only been once going for second visit on Dec. 15 very professional extremely pleased with my visit.
No words to share of just how wonderful the staff has been here on the 6th floor taking excellent care of my daughter. She has been in and out of the hospital since she was 11 (almost 20 years) and honestly this has been her worst experience in procedures AND her best experience with care. Above and beyond and a special shout out to Nick Mauriello who was her nurse again today. His care was gentle, informative, attentive and intent to take the best steps to help my daughter get through this heartbreaking process. He is our s... read more
They was an hour late for my wife's appointment. Then when the Dr. seen us it was like he was in rush to get rid of us. Now I understand that emergency's happen, but I do not think other patients should be shorted. Just because Dr. doesn't want to pay overtime due to an emergency, or he is going to miss his golf tee. I just don't understand this, cause my bill is not going to reflect this inconvenience.
My husband had PAE surgery at the VIR center on Monday. We were both impressed with the excellence of his care and the kindness of staff throughout the hospital. Everyone with whom we interacted was efficient and competent AND had pleasant attitudes which kept us from stressing out and feeling like "another number on the list."
